Cash, Check or Zelle is preferred method of payment, however I can accept cards or PayPal with a 4% convenience fee.
Gift cards available. You can purchase gift cards in office or via phone and I will mail.
Cancelations or reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment or you will be charged for the appointment you scheduled. If you have a gift card and do not follow cancelation policy your gift card will be considered redeemed.
